Poverty Reduction and Economic Empowerment Program

This program is grounded in the development of effective collaborative partnerships with governmental, civil, and community-based institutions in Palestine and beyond, in order to provide high-quality services that are responsive to the priorities and needs of maintenance beneficiaries—particularly those who are most economically vulnerable.
We firmly believe that preserving the social fabric and building a resilient society capable of adapting to evolving challenges can only be achieved through the complementary roles of both women and men.
Accordingly, ensuring access to economic opportunities for women is a fundamental human right. It not only empowers them economically, socially, and psychologically, but also strengthens the foundations of a dignified, secure, and socially cohesive life for families. Moreover, it nurtures women’s sense of initiative and responsibility, enhances their social standing, and enables them to move from a state of economic dependency toward achieving sustainable and independent sources of income.
